By installing or using the MindfulPause browser extension ("the extension"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the extension.

1. What MindfulPause is

MindfulPause is a self-help tool that adds friction to adult websites by replacing them with a personalized pause screen. It is a productivity and behavior-support aid. It is not a security product, a parental-control guarantee, or a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or addiction treatment.

2. No guarantee of blocking

The extension is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Website lists, browsers, and networks change constantly, and the extension may not intercept every site or may occasionally intercept the wrong one. You should not rely on it as a foolproof or complete block. We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or effective for your particular goals.

3. Free to use; optional tips

All features of the extension are free. You may optionally choose to leave a tip to support development. Tips are voluntary, are not a purchase of any feature, and are generally non-refundable. Tip payments are handled by a third-party payment processor subject to their own terms.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for how you configure and use the extension, including any custom sites you add or unblock.
• You must be an adult in your jurisdiction to use this extension.
• You agree not to misuse the extension or attempt to use it to harm others.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of MindfulPause shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the extension. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using and uninstall the extension.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the extension after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
